I purchased some years back a used SS Wand from a truck-mount it fits both 2" or 1-1/2 hoses. The problem is I want to adapt it to a portable,it is a 4-jet design with 95015 v-jets when I attached it to my little 100 psi machine ,it wont even spray just kinda pours out. Is it possible to run 100 psi with 4 jets ? Would 9501 be the correct ones to use ? Regards ..... :P

It's an educated gamble to try smaller jets but I think it's not just the psi it is also the flow you are well down compared to a TM and also the psi will be diluted I personally would go for a swan neck 2 jet or if yo ureally want some ooomph a single jet with an 04 nozzle for flushing and cutting power.

I used a 4 jet wand for years with my 100psi portable.
4 x 11002's.
My suspicion is that either your pump needs a service or, more likely, there is a blockage in the wand? Perhaps the non return valves are offering too much resistance?
Your 4 x 015 jets still only delivers the same volume of water at the same pressure as the typical 2 x 03's of most twin jet wands.

Shurflo pumps are rated at several litres per minute. your system will maintain most of this pressure unless the combined rating of your jets exceeds the max flow rating of the pump.
Of course by incresing the flow through the water system and therefore the inline heater ( If you use one ) the water will spend less time being heated and be cooler at the wand.
When I used a portabe, I ran it with smaller jets to maximize the benefit of the heater. I found that this plus more than made up for the downside of reducing the flushing capacity of the machine
