Title: My battery fuse keeps blowing

Went out this morning and turned on my system and the fuse that connect the red and black wires to the battery keeps blowing,tried three 10 amp fuses which it takes and they light up and blow,any ideas,never happened before ???

are you using a varistream mate ? my mates was doing this and he was using the old type varistream fuse after fuse kept blowing , 1 of the components inside the varistream had blown .

With the freezing tempitures that we are having at the moment, it might be damp which has frozen, somewere in your electrics, try spraying with wd40.

It could be your pump is frozen.

Cheers Peter,went to the auto eletricians and they told me the exact same thing!

must be pump, dissconect pump, then see if it blows.

You can pour hot water over it to defrost, well you can if it's a Shurflo, I have done it many times and it never effected it in any way. 

I just noticed it's a Flowmaster you have, you would have to ask someone else if you could pour hot water on that one.
