Title: Wagtail flipper
Post by: ftp on December 09, 2008, 08:04:40 pm
Someone's got one on here - i've got the ordinary wagtail but don't like it. However i have one job that would be perfect for a Flipper/vice versa/backflip it's the idea of using very little water that i need with the Flipper. Can someone explain exactly how it works (i'm rather thick and don't earn very much).

I've seen the vids and it looks like you apply your solution then flip the pad over and squeegie off? However on the site it says clean in one pass - how is that done?

if youve already got a plain wagtail imagine it with a strip of pad on one side when its wet just flip it over soap the window flip back and blade, sorry i cant explain it any clearer but the utube vids are better to watch

i hope i havent confused you more  ;D

the rubbers are very good and hard wearing it cuts into the corners very close for less detailing also, its the best squeegy ive used and is very fast

Brett.

Thanks Brett but isn't that two passes? I thought you could wash and wipe in one swipe?

hi mate

i cant see how you do it in one pass myself but it is a really fast tool it saves a lot of time when using trad tools, ive never used a backflip or vice versa but i could not see them being faster than the wagtail, the wagtail is also very light

regards

Brett
