   we have found this site very interesting, please what advice would you give to anyone wanting to start up a cleaning company in this economic climate.

understain the industry and the sector your will be in.
Define your target.
Invest in a system/database.
Knock on doors(pick the phone up and make appt's)
Site servey
Send in quote and follow up
Repeat, Repeat, Repeat

work hard at being different.
