I did something similar years ago but was all on paperwork just to see where my work was coming from and work trends from month to month but it got all dog eared after time ::)

Cheers Clinton I did something similar on excel but after a long day out cleaning filling data in on a spreadsheet lost its appeal.

I'll be buying it, it's a bargain and the customer support is fantastic.

I'm a bit of an IT idiot. I've tried to use my MS data base in the past, but just couldn't manage to get it together in a way that I was happy with.

I've bought Cleaners Mate and it is very user friendly (it must be if I can use it :-[ ) Entering information is simple. Creating invoices and quotations is easy too. I've tried a few sample mail merges and emails from it and that's easy too. Is it perfect?   For my exact needs the answer has to be no. But it's not far off. I've already given feedback to Kevin which he is considering.

I rarely market directly myself, but should I decide to, Cleaners Mate will be invaluable.

So why did I purchase this software? It's not for the marketing value, but it wont be that many years before I retire.  If I've got a database with lots of customers on it, I've got a business to sell.  Without it, all I'll have will be a few old machines and a van.  You need to plan today for the future.

Safe and happy cleaning :)
