Title: paint removal??????????

Hi all

        I got asked by my client that I do house cleaning for, if I could have a go at removing spots of paint off his wooden floors. I've tried lightly with a green pad but no joy and also tried scraping it off but I dont want to damage the floor.

Question: is there something I can use to take the paint off without damaging the floor as it looks like the paints been there for some time.

If you are wary of a stanley blade type scraper, especially if you have not used before, you could try a plastic scraper. We use these in the first instance all the time and they shift the vast majority of paint spots. If no joy then either a metal bladed wall paper type scraper or the stanley blade scraper.

Whichever you use be careful as they all have the potential to scratch if used incorrectly.

We buy our plastic scrapers from Wilkos. They sell as a pack of three different sizes for around 70p. Well worth buying a few packs as they always come in useful.
