Hi Chloejayne - I agree I have asked a few questions on this part of the forum with no reply, you mentioned scsf, I have just tried to register but its asking the name of email address of who referred me to the forum, can I put your email address in? If so which email address should I type in?

Do you currently do office cleaning at the moment?, I am looking for further info, any advice would be good. When I get my first contract what paperwork do I need to have in place.

Hi

There is less ppl on the other site but you get more info, dont know why.

I have only been office cleaning for 2 months, was very lucking getting a first contract that keeps me going with money for the month.

Finding it hard to get any more at the mo.

Sales letters!

Ok can't answer why no replies! Possibly been asked many times before have you tried searching?

Sales letters are a waste of time, but thats my opinion. It may work for some.

COLD calling works best in this industry.

Dont tell them that you have been doing it for 2 months.

Get a brouchure ready, website, and when you cold call you can email a brouchure to them in PDF.

Get an idea of what it is you can offer. Simple really look at other websites. See what they are offering. You need insurance  PL and if you employ EL.

Quotations are the key, layout is vital.

Hope this helps a little
