Title: Night shift cleaning rate

I need to put some cleaners in to do an overnight build clean next week, 10 cleaners for 10 hours, what rate would you charge or how would you work it out?

Add 25% to your regular rate and pay your cleaners 25% extra on their hourly rate.

Assess if there are any night time specific H & S hazards and act up on any that you find.

Be sure to have at least one supervisor on shift.
