Title: COPY OF LETTER SENT OUT WITH QUOTE

im already to send my first commercial quote, do you guys send a letter to go with the quote if so have any of you got a copy u could send me richardwiltshire36@yahoo.co.uk.

also do any of you go that bit furthur to send it in a file etc to look professional i.e along with method statements risk assessments.

any info would be appreciated
