I'm thinking £800ish?
-
think of a price you want to earn for the job then add a bit more then add a bit more for travel , i wouldnt quote less than £1000 for this job .
-
Iv'e had more info. The windows will need to be cleaned by hand off the cherry picker.
-
Just out of interest, what would you charge, trad, for one of the large windows with 12 panes.

Why?
-
£800.00? £1,000.00?
How many day are you expecting to be there, its no more than a good days work.
-
From the photo's it doesn't look like an £800+ job, I would be pricing it at around half of that plus the cost of the cherrry picker, normally around £100/day
-
if its hand washing then id charge the earth upwards of £500, how much would you charge your wife for you to handwash dishes all day?
500 would be my minimum payment unless another deal was to be struck by the missus ;)

Why?
It's not been cleaned for years, the frames are not good quality, and a perfect finish is required.
On the large windows is is aprox 11m to the top of the windows.
So each window on the large section of the mill is about 3m tall, therefore each "PANE" is about 3' x 2' of which there are 12 in each window.
-
No need for cherry picker get some chest waders and use WFP
-
i would price it by the day work out how many days work will take to complete add travel cost , then days wages, then any tool hire cost.
-
How many days then?
-
If you can do it with a pole Id say theres less than a handful of hours work there; you have posted the same windows in more than one photo (thus making it look more than it is) its not a HUGE job, allow a day; plus any additional kit required.
Off a ladder I wouldnt bother.
-
Tell you what Matt, i'll pay you £300 if you can do it in a day to an acceptable finish.
-
How many windows are there William to be done?
Not panes, windows.
;D
-
About 120, there are some one the back side of the small building connected to the big mill.
-
You think £6/7.00 a window?
-
If you want to do a first clean for £3 per window let me know.
