No..

Believe me i know. I spent all day last saturday scooping out blocks of ice from gutters.

Once the debris is loose you can work.

drive surgeon go get a ladder & bucket and knock on doors you could be making good money now while you think about getting your vac

Use hot water and spurt into the gutter, allow to melt, suck with vac, couldn't be simpler!

Personally if its cold enough to freeze in the gutters, then its colder on the ground and more likely to be frosty/icey and theres no way i'll be using a ladder.

I use wfp, gutter vac etc for safety not only cos of convenience.

froze my balls off this morning, and cleaned a driveway but it was half frozen when i left  ::) :o
