Lol! I used to work with a guy a few years back and he used to clean the windows on a big country house. One Christmas the guy came out and give my boss a tin of Salmon for Christmas. My boss said " Tight old git, he only gave me that because he owns the bloody company. The good its done me I may aswell put it through his window ......and its out of date!"

I wet myself laughing for about ten minutes.

It's your money.

Had £350-odd some years.

Depends which areas fall near christmas.
Most of my nice places were done at the start of the month.
The next few weeks are the tight people. >:(

I'm up to £24 and a bottle of wine.  I don't even drink.  My accountant puts £50 on my accounts for tips anyway.  I'll make sure he knows about it if I get less.  I don't mind paying tax on money I've had but not on money that I haven't had.

Another £7.50 and a bottle of wine today so that's £87.50 and two bottles of wine so far.

The last two years I have just scraped over £100 so it's touch and go this year as it's mainly commercials (ie no tip) tomorrow and Xmas eve.
