II.2.1) Total quantity or scope: Nexus expects to let two contracts for
cleaning services. The first, Contract 1, is for the cleaning of four
office buildings in Gosforth, Newcastle upon Tyne, and Newcastle City
Centre. These buildings are: Metro Offices Gosforth, Eden Training Centre,
Gosforth, Control Centre, South Gosforth, Nexus House, Newcastle Contract
2 is for the cleaning of 5 Bus Interchanges across Tyne and Wear. These
Interchanges are at: Four Lane Ends, North Tyneside, Heworth, Gateshead,
Gateshead, Gateshead, Park Lane, Sunderland, Regent Centre, Gosforth There
may also be scope for one of these contracts to be extended to include 9
Nexus Travelshops based within Metro Stations in Tyne and Wear.
II.3) DURATION OF THE CONTRACT OR TIME LIMIT FOR COMPLETION: Duration in
months: 60 (from the award of the contract).

3) QUANTITY OR SCOPE: The cleaning of four office buildings in Gosforth,
Newcastle upon Tyne, and Newcastle City Centre. These buildings are: Metro

Gosforth, Nexus House, Newcastle There may also be scope for this contract

Gosforth There may also be scope for this contract to be extended to
