Can't help you with the replacement Dave. Try Prochem in the U.S.

I have heard this exact same story from so many different people about heat exhangers (and its not just Prochem - though they figured prominently).

Good luck

Dave

May not stock it but can they source it from USA.

Although the standard warranty is 12 months some are 18 months, we have some quirky laws here 28 days rule.

I like pushing all the buttons 8)

www.olmpiccleaning.com £280 brand new.
This subject was covered not so long ago, the element is reasonably cheap, however i think your looking at 4 hours labour to replace, i was told this by prochem service dept, That is why they run so expensive.
13 months doesnt seem long for one to burn out, have you let the tank run empty or swithed the heater on before the pump?

Dont believeit, Takes about 2 mins to replace the element, it looks a little like a small immersion heater and when only that needs replacing, why should i spend £395 + VAT, trouble is where do i get one from? should only be a few ££££s The 'element' should be a service item.

I get my Ninja elements from Watlow (they supply Ashbys), they might be able to help.
