I have had a hippo pump for the last 5 years, got it from argos.
It's a little bigger than the neck on an IBC so I had to be creative to get it in, but there it is still pumping about 5000 litres a week after 5 years. Fills my 650 litre tank in about 8 mins, after traversing my 60foot back garden, the side of my house and my front garden. :)

I've got one of these

Great pump and cheap, just make sure you et some thick hose and it transfers in no time
