get a quick sub pump and it will fill in 5 mins, do you have an ibc tank full of pure water ??

I have 2 1000L tanks full of water and fill 2 vans with 650L tanks in less than half an hour, 2 hours is madness, if you dont have the space for a static then you need a bigger van or a bigger ro with a high output pump I think the quickest I have made pure was ay 8l per min that with a 4040 and booster pump

Or get a static 250l tank and always keep it either full or filling.

Thanks fellas. I am filling tank thru RO unit, it has 3 smallish filters and trickles in the tank thru the lid. If i was to fill 25ltr containers, good idea , but would take forever as well. Not only that, the pipe isnt very long and would not reach out of van. Solly

paul i only have a 250 litre tank in the van, however in the garage are 2 210 litre water butts and i use a sub pump to fill the van...so even if i pop back and refuel it only takes 20 mins.
my system pretty much runs 24/7 over the weekend i make sure the van is full and so are the water butts ready for the  monday. this gives me enough water for the week.......hope this helps.

Hi Paul.

I have a 650ltre static tank with a 300gpd RO. Sub pump with transfer hose, takes 5 mins to fill my van.
Just put auto shut off on the static tank & she will refill & you will never run out.

Thanks macc, do you have another filter system to fill your static tank, or do you filter water thru your van. Do you know where i can get 25ltr water containers from, went to b&q today , dont do them.

Where are you based?

If you have space for a 1000l ibc tank id reccomend getting one, leaving it running all time and as mentioned before sub pump it out, you could go back at lunch and fill up in about 10 ish mins to top up.

This way you will always have water.

Get a auto shut off valve

Then like i say have a constant 1000l on the go, when its full it stops the water, when you empty it, it will re fill.

also if you change the size of jets in your brushes it will help the cleantech own jets give better pressure, they have a very large bore at one end then choice of 1mm or 2mm or 3mm are available , i got a mate he has a 500ltr tank in his van he use to use it all up in a day soon as i put him onto the cleantech jets it has halved the amount of water he uses in a day so there is something in that

i have a 1000 ltr 1bc , my ro runs through di resin before it goes into tank,

320 tds in , 004 after , 000 after resin.

prefer to do it this way , saves carrying di vessel in van,

my pump ,then pumps direct to hose reel from tank ( and not through di resin first)

I could be wrong but are you saying when you run out of water by lunchtime you are waiting for the RO Unit to produce enough water for your next trip?

If so invest in a bigger RO Unit. Not one of those silly 100 - 200 gallons a day jobbies as you obviously need more pure water than what you are producing. Most of the RO Units were actually designed for Marine fishery aquariums and normal consumption  under your kitchen cupboard and most definately not designed for window cleaning Fact!. But if yu have a small round then they are adiquate i suppose.

If not keep yur RO UNIT running and store water in an IBC tank either 650 - 1000 liters. If you have to keep the tanks outside, cover them up out of sun light. Or obtain black IBC Tanks.

How many containers do you want? If you want to take a trip to Portsmouth, you can have about 6 or so of mine.

25 litre barrels. They were used for traffic film remover, and have been cleaned out. I was given about 14, but only use about half of them. You would be welcome to have the rest.
