Customer has phoned me about getting an orange cat sick stain from an 80-20 twist.
I'nm going to have a look on my way home tomorrowm first thoughts after rinsing is to use acid rinse and then debrown and the sod met.
What are your thoughts?

LOL they call them ginger. ::) ;D

Shaun,
I would rinse with acid rinse then go straight to the sod met, missing out the de-brown treatment.

My suspicions Shaun, are that the orange stain has been caused by incorrect treatment of the original stain by the owner.
Apart from the food & medications that the animal have eaten, vomit tends to be high in hydrochloric acid from the stomach. Using an acid rinse will probably enhance the acidity of the stain/soil. After usual testing, I would therefore first either freshwater or better still mildly alkaline rinse then treat with a pet stain neutraliser. Then take it from there.
Safe and happy cleaning :)

Forget it, tell her to claim on her insurance, if she has AD cover . Provide a report and charge for that £60+VAT
Done plenty over the years and have cats myself. It's a non starter

I'm with catman on that and I don't have cats.
With most large stains I tell them to claim off insurance and I provide a Stain Damge Report for them.
Charge accordingly as well.

Tres Bon Kenneth
Attacked with a cleaner of some description, I've acid rinsed and then debrowned but customer didn't want any more as they want to claim on their insurance.
