when was the last time you changed the prefilters ?
-
Hve you flushed your membranes,
i had that problem... it was a little better after flushing.
but as soon as i changed the carbon 10" filters, it was producing water really fast again.
mine is also 300gpd

they the three that hang at the bottom if so about 3 months ago
-
how may litres per day are you using, i change mine every 3 months... i use 400 litres per day.
-
as there is only about 250 l in tank and its been on since last night :o
-
how cold is it down there in essex,
just a thought, dont they slow down when its colder :(
-
freezing last couple of days
-
Mine works fine on freezing nights.
if you are using a lot, change the filters... they are cheap enough and you will need them at some point.
soon as i changed them , it was fine.

Nooooooooo not a Merlin at that TDS!!! Unless you want to spend a fortune on resin. Its most probably that your prefilters need changing.
Also RO's do produce slower with low temperature water going in.

it will be the cloth prefilter, while your at it, change the carbon block aswell
a few quid each
mine slows down a fair bit in the really cold, even though the RO is in he garage and its warmer
