Title: Concept's texting list

How can I get removed from Concept's texting list please? I was unable to reply to the text I received earlier.  I'm OK with snailmail as I can read that at my leisure.

Phone them and ask to be removed.
Or write to them, requesting not be be included in any further contact via txt.
