Title: chlorine in the water

just a thought i know in Scotland they put chlorine in the water, how much i don't know, i wondered if i used a chlorine filter before the di vessel.  would i save a lot on my resin, iv never heard anyone ask this question before

I think the Carbon filter is to filter out chlorine on the RO/DI systems as chlorine can attack the RO membrane.

very true, it disolves the membrane

it doesnt effect resin though
