Hi all had a phone call regarding spilled latte , the house stinks of sick I know the problem is the bacteria in the milk etc  Is it worth having a crack deodorising this or should I advice to rip up the carpet and underlay

Have you thought of using an enzyme based product to do the job....? I cleaned a room at a school where a 4 litre carton of milk had been dropped and cleaned up very badly. It had been there for several weeks I was told... I applied the enzyme product and left damp towels over it for 3-4 hours, then H.W.Extracted the area... Bingo, job was a good one.
