and how many sq meters do you reckon each pad lasts for - before it falls apart?

I am interested as well.

We get about 300-400 Sq. meters from our thin synthetic pads.

I meant to clarify that, we get that much cleaning per pad befoer I swap it out for another clean one.

probably get about 50 washings for the life of the pad.

How many meters can I clean with on average with the charlie pad on commercial medium soil level?

Jim

Never sat down and worked it out! Kevin and I have a method of working one gondolier length per pad we also use two sets, as I like leaving them to soak in a large rubber builders bucket

Don’t know at this time how many sqmt we have done need to speak to Kevin he has the sizes, but it must run into a lot of k’s and still going strong.

Flowtex never used them on it.

Hi Jim,

I would say an achievable speed for Charlies would be 150-200 square meters an hour, the frequency of changes depends on the level of soiling, but they cover a suprisingly large area between rinses.
Charlie pads will work on Flotex but only advisable to do so with pads which have been broken in.

Thats 200 square meters an hour! There will be plenty of pad rinses taking place in that time so all the muck ends up in the bucket :)

Hi Mark

Th super pad has a suction core which absorbs the soil, hence the world patent, it is totally different to any other pads. It is changed and rotated through clean water during cleaning so the laundering is far less than required on other pads.

Best regards Nick
