Hi all

A company we clean for is moving to larger premises, which already have cleaners, who decides who cleans for them? whats the law?

Landlord decides on who cleans common and exterior areas in a premises. Tenant (your customer) decides who cleans the area covered by their lease.  What type of cleaning did you do for them?  If some of your staff were only employed to service this customer then there might be a legal recourse.
