Title: What class of customer are you losing most?
Post by: Pole 2 Pole on November 18, 2008, 04:34:05 pm
I'm not gonna say i'm losing customers, left, right and center because i'm not. However...the ones that are calling/texting to cancel are undoubtably the ones with a "few bob". I'm not losing any run of the mill punters, but the posh ones must be feeling one hell of a pinch. Has anyone else noticed this trend???

my belief is that the "well to do" people are feeling it just as everyone else, however these people live high class lifestyles and will get rid of the window cleaner before they cancell their exclusive gym membership and expensive eating habbits

I will be popping back to the area as she has friends that are after a window cleaner.

Rich people have more to lose and wouldn't hessitate to cancel the non essential items as they really don't like being hit where it hurts...in their wallets or purses. The richer they are, the tighter they get and the less they care for others. Poor people are the most friendly people you'll ever find as they have nothing much to lose financially but are rich in life's general happiness.

young couples / first time buyers with baby / one on the way.
Already mortgaged up to their eyeballs and with credit card bills, xmas on the way and high heating bills to look forward to plus the fear of how secure their jobs maybe by the new year all thanks to the non stop hype of the good old media  >:(

I wish all my customers were' OAP's. The only time i ever seem to lose them is when they move into homes or buy a one way ticket to the party in the sky.  :-\

i think your getting 'Well to do' mixed up with those 'up there eye balls in debt to make it look like there doing well'. in my opinion the 'credit crunch' is only hurting those up to there eyeballs in debt.

and to answer the subject question What class of customer are you losing most?

all my customas are 1st class ;D ;D
