Title: 60ft pole

Can a 60ft pole telescopic be used to clean say 35-45ft? Its a Hxtel? Are they a good make?

Of course it can....

Nothing to stop you from useing a 60ft pole to do ground floor windows....

Just adjust it for the height you need.
Better off extending each secion half way than extending the top sections fully. It will make the pole more rigid.

hxtel is a type of pole, made be exel poles. the h part means its a hybrid pole meaning a mix of glass and carbon fibre, i may be wrong but im sure they are a maximum of 35ft after that it would be cxtel range ie carbon sections, so the pole your looking at would be a cxtel-60.

You are correct craig yes, first section being fibre glass (the one you hold) usually orange and the rest carbon fibre to avoid electric shock with over head cables.
