My pc is peing me right off.. im considering formatting and reinstalling everything again (usually solves all pc problems).
what i need to know is what happens to WCP? I dont have an installation disc or anything so would i just re download the trail and then press a authorisation button or something to get the full working system back?
Just have to make sure ive backed up first ;)

No it was from a search on google for water drops.
Well i dont have the old exe, but the backup works (i hope, ot checked it fully)..
Prob is i cant get anything printed off from WCP and Word takes and age, so it must be printer/port related, and the rest of the pc is running fine.
Ive tried uninstalling the printer and driver and reinstal but i still have problems.. Need to get this damn worksheet printed off from WCP - maybe a screen print will do the trick.
Formatting take ages.. so many programs and drivers for ipod etc :(

Just download it again from the site, dont worry Ian will be here to help you ;)

yeah, I did my laptop yesterday, took about 6hrs in total, with all the xp updates, 3 damn service packs >:(
last time i did a format i was up over night started at 8pm and finished just after lunch time.. So many programs on this thing..
AV/firewall spyware progs, graphics progs, pc games on vitual drives, mp3 docking stations etc.. maybe it can wait for the weekend, and plenty of redbull and vodka :P
EDIT
hmm waddaya know, printer is working "a bit slow" but its working now with WCP - i think that format can last a bit yet :P

Hi Chris,
Sorry I missed the post. Glad you got it sorted but please let me know if you have any further problems. Also direct email is always a good way to get in touch as I pick these up 24/7 and when I am on the move.
Just for the future reference you can download the software anytime from the site and the activation code should still work. Worst case is that it will give you the 45 day trial and you would have to contact us to activate.
Also for everyone who is sick of all the effort when reformatting I highly recommend using Norton Ghost. You basically get your PC to a state that you would want it fresh (i.e all drivers and progs loaded) and then create a ghost image. When you reformat all you do is load the image back on the hard drive and its exactly as it was when you did the ghosting. Saves me so much time as I reformat approx 1 every couple of months or so.
