Hi every one, please i need your advice on the number staffs that i will need to do this work on a daily basis, and what price range am i surpose to charge the client per hour, your assistance will be greatly appreciated.
(1) 27 Classrooms of 60sq metres each, 3 large halls of 330 sq metres each, 2 smaller halls of 250 sq metres each, 1 Nussery, 3 offices of 24sq metres each, 8 multi-toilets of 15sq metres each, 5 Corridors 15 sq metres long each, and finally 5staffs toilets of 4sq metres.
(2) 2 Offices of 4 sq metres each, 3 corridors 12 sq metres long each, 5 Classrooms 50 sq metres long each, 3 halls of 250 sq metres, 1 staffs rooms with kitchen of 15 sq metres long, 5 multi-toilets, and 4 staffs tiolets.
One with materials, and the other without.

Do you not think you got some front coming on here with your first post and ask for someone to help you do your donkey work and accurately price a job like this? you have not even bothered to fill out your profile. I could help you only to find out your sniding work in the same area. why not try getting off on the right foot and introduce yourself

I am sorry to say you will not get any help with this, really you should be able to price this up yourself if you are working for yourself.
you need to fill in your profile
also if you are doing a school then you H&S needs to be bullet proof and if you can not price this work then I guess you do not have H&S set up

Ok, perhaps he could of introduced himself a bit better. But I thought this forum was set up to help everyone large or small. ::)
There are many topics on here that ask for How much to do this, Price for this... so so many.

If you can work out the number of hours it would take to do then your nearly there.
Just an example lets say it took 1 person to do all of that 6 hours
You could hire 3 people and devide it into shifts of 2 hours each. Total of 6 hours. Plus that way you have cover if one person does not turn up.
Now we cant say how long it will take, because of the layout, density, things scattered about in the classrooms.. etc etc. All these thing matter.
Types of flooring, number of desks... not sure if you have to polish the desks etc etc.
So after you work out the number of hours you add on you cost for bin liners, paper towels etc as seperate. Dont forget about all the chemicals you will use. Or is this going to be in your hourly rate.
And yes you will need a tight H&S. When you submit the tender include everything insurance, number of staff etc.
Now the one who will win this will be someone that will be the cheapest. But one that can also do it the safest without the fuss.
Large companies spread the cost of jobs accross several jobs. This way they keep lare jobs down in price.
I would say somewhere around £11.00 per hour as it will be a large job and other will want this. It could even be alot lower like £8.50. You might be lucky to get away with 12% profit. But have ago
