Title: Will anything remove the yellow urine stainage from the back of a rug?

Although there isn't any noticable colour stain on the rug face (yet) the backing has a large yellow stain and the customer seemed more concerned with wether this could be removed ? Going to fetch it tomorrow, any particular products you would recommend for this? or just standard urine treatment chemicals.
