how are you finding the builders cleaning market sinse the downturn in the housing market

not to bad, just put in a quote to clean 126 appartments

its not too bad,  i impressed a large contractor in our area in aug 08 now all they do is call me to quote,

House sales are picking up, dependant on location and deals being offered.

We are keeping nice and steady although not too much in the way of new ITT's.

Expect to be busy until Christmas then maybe slow off for Jan / Feb.
