Title: Anyone clean family on their round?
Post by: seanpaul on November 11, 2008, 06:40:06 pm
Just wondered if anyone has family on their window cleaning round?

And whether or not you charge them!

I've got my aunty whom I charge £8. Also my gran, who I don't want to charge, but insists paying and says 'i'll never make any money'!

I do my mum's and charge her the going rate!

Also do my aunties and also charge her the going rate.

But I don't charge my nan even though she is worth a fortune, but she does look after me, last week I had 4 days off sick with a bad throst infection, she went and sent me 100quid sick pay, bless her ;D

 :) Yes same here!
I just remember the "No charge" song "...for the nine months I carried you growing inside me, no charge..."
Couldn't charge my parents even when they insist!
I paid house keeping, thinking about it!
Anyway a good tip... if you do, do them whether free or not... make it the last house of the day... you'll be there for ages, catching up. drinking tee... :)

Hi
Brother in law insists on paying and mother in law gets it done for nothing and she's the one who complains to the wife if I'm a little late ;D ;D
Mind you I do get a cup of coffee if she's in, even if I spend an extra 1/2 hour drinking it with her.
I am a bit surprised that she hasn't reminded the wife that the conservatory roof on the back of the house needs cleaning again - also for free.
