Hi everyone, I have been asked to clean a New Zealand Wool Rug, Has anyone done one of these and can help me with the method of cleaning. I have always been a little shy of wool and try to avoid it but, as I am new to this game I suppose Iam going to have to face them sooner or later. Your help will be appreciated.

Hi alan
I see your in my neck of woods so if any help needed send me a PM.
I don't know how you avoid wool as its the most common of all fibres we will come across in carpet cleaning and should not be avoided as its very cleaner friendly.
As for a NZ wool rug, clean the same as an 80/20 carpet, use woolsafe approved solutions, vacuum well and don't over wet and you will be fine ;).
