Is anyone else getting completely stressed out with end of year?
I feel frazzeled :o Just ordered my P14's P11D's have my P35 to complete and now a form from Companies House to complete! Arghhhhh! I know I'm a bit early to panic but because the end of year payroll coinsides with my financial end of year it feels like stress all the way! Trying to arrange holiday cover is a right juggling act too as employees realise they have to use their last few days before the end of the month!
Think my accountant will have lots of sorting to do lol, all's I want to do is marketing at the mo (even though I hate this more than payroll!) as I find so much more response at this time of year due to everyone else having end of year too. Ok, moan over, I feel so much better now ;D

Hi Guys
The advantage of being a cleaning manager.....My accounts department gets all the hassle....
.....although i do remember what it is like as i ran my own cleaning business up to 2 years ago....remember it not being much fun though

Hi,
I enjoy the paper side of this work. The worse thing I have is finding time to do it. Reason being I do alot of the cleaning myself. I am currently in the process of off loading onto my cleaners at the moment.
I am also trying to recruit some more staff at the moment. First person that rang and booked an interview has already cried sick. Anyway wait until Monday might get some more people ringing.

Hi i use a real easy software package called payemaster which makes end of year really idiot proof ( i prove this point each year ) also only take me 20 mins to do payroll each month. which is just as well because i cant use a tin opener without losing a thumb normally.
Cheers Mark
