I took today off to catch up with a few little jobs, and up until now (13.20) Ive had 12 calls, 3 from letting agents i havent heard from for over a month. Booked Quotes for them all. Now this is madness for my phone to ring with that many genuine customers in 3 days let alone one!! Is any one else noticing an upturn??

3 quotes and one job tomorrow morning from todays phone calls, not sure if that good or bad but i'm happy with that. oh and just in case your wondering, yes i did quote over the phone for the job in the morning, she was desperate so i let my guard slip, and hiked my price just incase it wasn't a general clean like she said it should be. bet its a minger. just hope its not a BW.

I think thats good derek. I sometimes quote over the phone If I really have to, especially If its a bit of distance away. Its looking up to be a busy Xmas anyway!!

Things are picking up for me too after what I can only describe as a very worrying month in October.
I,ve had 2 customers today asking me to book them in to clean their carpets, without even asking about my prices!

Things are mad here now, full up next week and into week after but altenator belt on van went last night so had to postpone a very good regular custy today and I hate doing that. seem to be getting loads of rugs too.
