theres a thread on here someone is renting out about £650 a month in warrington, for 40% i think, maybe less, will be on this page somewhere ...

I am considering renting in warrington, traditional work = terraces £4.00 - £4.50 each & i have cleaned it for past 17 years


£370 per fortnight, 2 good men can do it in 1 day, definatly day and half no sweat & i want 30% rent.
