I used to do Army bases near me.

A word to the wise. Make sure you put a clause on the contract or quote, that payment in 7/14/30 days whatever and you will give a 10% discount. Of course you put that in your price.

They HAVE to use the discount otherwise they can be accused of wasting tax payers money. And they will take ages to pay you otherwise.

I think the guy who arranges all that sort of work on camp is called 'the sally' dont know why.

Mine was a pain, I arrived 5 mins late 1 day and he tore me off a strip as if I was a nerk squaddie,  I told him I wasnt a squaddie and I didnt work for him and he shut up.

If you look on the general cleaning side of this forum there is more on bases as they do March out Cleans.

While you are on camp personnell will ask you to do work for them as they will see your van around, I suggest you work out a regular price for a suite, carpet etc keep it fairly keen as they dont have much but you will get loads of it and you will do well out of it. I did.

Good luck.
