I have work that i may be renting out over the next few months.

Just wondered if anyone wanted to rent work from me.

The work is in :


Warrington roughly £300 per fortnight = £600 per month

Sale £650 per month

Is it Trad, WFP, compact , would you consider selling, how long for etc etc etc ?

I have been doing the work for the past 17 years traditional.

I am not selling any of the work, only renting it out.


The warrington work is very compact in my opinion.

Sale is compact over a couple of areas.

How many days work is it, how much per hour etc??

This is based on 2 of my lads cleaning:

warrington - 2 men 1 day

sale - 2 men 2 half days
