Post by: CLEANGLASSUK on November 03, 2008, 07:54:37 pm
I dont need any help to price this job , i was just interested in how everybody else would price it using wfp!.
please give me your estimations.

This job has no windows on the sides and the back is nearly the same as the front of the building. Will need to go inside 4 flats squeegee method for the balcony's. ;D

Go on then what do you charge for this one, and how long do you take?

I reckon I could do it, including the trad element ,in 40 mins to an hour.

..........and window cleaners wonder why they face so much new competition from new people starting up in their areas after losing their previous jobs. There is a 25% increase in lost small businesses in East Devon for the month of Aug to September of this year in comparison to last year. Keep posting invitations to welcome more competition with topics like this when you are experienced enough to know what your pricing is. All this posts proves is that there is a big difference in pricing according to location. Would I waste my time cleaning that building for £20....no chance because turnover is not the same as profit. Couldn't afford to do it that cheap, nor would I want to as I wouldn't stay in business for very long.

and I think  i'd charge £100, and i'd  estimate it would take me a little over 2 hours to do my usual cracking job
