I'm in the shed as we speak with tools in hand running my protatype.
if all goes wrong i'll be having my own bonfire night :-\

Or metal Mickey!
Shaun
PS if you are having a bonfire can I come down with a few bits and pieces inside this old rug I have ;D
-
Shaun your right about the domestic market just think what a 12" wand would do for lounge carpets and how dry they would be and how easier on the back it would be too ;D
-
Watched the video of this a few weeks ago, thought it would be heavy and awkward, but it looked really impressive, no idea about the cost.
-
Contacted them approx; a month ago asking if they have an outlet in the UK.
They haven't but they will send them over at approx; £2000.00, only problem is if any repairs/parts are required.
Old man Ingram, how are you doing? I'll give you a ring in the week.

Hi younge Tom,
Hope you and the family are well, I have had conflicting prices for the Zipper. Its seems like I'm going to have to get my sister to purchase one for me and send it over from the states to me as a gift.
Well its Christmas soon only down side is I will have to send her the money first :-\
Not sure how the patient works, its pending for the States but what about this country ?
I have managed to copy most things exsept money so was thinking of running a few in stainless steel 12" wide with ajustable handles for use in the domestic market. Anyone have any ideas of the implication this may have on copy rights?
-
You can copy anything as long as you don't produce it to sell.
Can I have the 1st one then?

Made by a guy called Hiltz.
In The Great Escape thats the name of the guy played by Steve McQueen.
So that what he did after the war, much safer than jumping over barbed wire fences on a motor bike.
