Been asked to quote for the cleaning out of 24 properties gutters. Well had a look in them, not all just half and there don't seem to be a lot in there!
Do i Still give a quote and go ahead and clean them out ? There's the odd bit here and there i could get rid of.

whos it for?
if theyve asked for it do it ;)

It's for a client of which i already clean there windows and offered this service hoping to get the same buildings i clean. Not knowing they had these properties as well they have asked for a quote on the 24 properties.
I have not done this type of quote before and am unsure of how to go about it.
Because there is not to much in the gutters would i just put in a lower quote?

quote them fair if theres not a lot of work to do on them can you charge them 2o quid each giving you 480. do them off a ladder with a trowel and bucket, get a mate to hold the ladder, fill a pop bottle with water pour it down the downpipes to check for blockages..job done

I think the hardest part is how to go about pricing gutter work. With windows i find that straight forward, but with gutters it's a new game to me.
I will quote a fair price and put it in on monday i think.

Easy way to quote gutters is by the metre. ;D.
work out a price per metre then just times it by the amount, you could then do a discount as there are so many properties.

I agree with that many to do at once, I would quote all the same as you get some easy ones then some normal and also some ones that are a right pain, it levels its self out.
Good lucky m8
