WOULD SUIT EITHER WFP OR TRAD ALL PRIVATE SEMI DETACHED...........Taking £214 per month, all in one street,... all good payers, ... was trad but converted it to wfp... only cleaned them twice after buying it myself.... but no time to do it as not in my area, thought i could , when i bought it.    


 MOST OF THE HOUSES ARE £6 AND £7... COUPLE AT £8 AND £10.....AND 3 AT £5
