Since switching to WFP about (3months) I have developed "Trigger Finger", the doc has referred me to a specialist for cortisone injections, is this common with wfp? I was fine till the switch and I'm only 37 so not that old really.  :)

Dont have the Cortisone injections if you can help it!!
They're bloody painful and can cause problems of their own.

I started wfp in april and got trigger finger almost straight away but its much better now - if you can find a large sports massager use that on your hands every morning - it works a treat.

The best thing you can do is see a sports therapist, explore that avenue first i did with golfers elbow i had it for over a year and now it`s so much better i don`t even notice it 99% of the time.

My wife got it, it was quite worrying. It went on its own after about 3 months of rest
