Title: Tipex problem

Hi Forum

I just have had a phone call for brother in law, his son has come home today for school covered in Tipex  :o

It is on his jumper and and trousers I belive they are a mix over Polyester and Cotton

any ideas please to get it of Tipex is something I have not had to remove before

Any help with this will be greatly recived  :D

what about white spirit and then bung them in the wash

you used to be to able to get a solvent which was made by tippex which thinned it down when when nearly empty. I presume this would also remove it if they still do it.
 
 have a feeling though it is now water based due to solvent abuse, which in turn ought to make it easier to remove.

Then you could sue the local authority for not auditing the school properly, Then the goverment, then the world...........Universe, God and anyone else you can think of. ;D ;D ;D
