has any one replaced there own vacuam bushes i have ninja is it easy to do

Yes, it's easy to do, but take note of what you do, particularly the wiring.

im haveing trouble in releaseing the brass conecter that the wire is holding on to inside the bush holder

Best way is insert a flat head screwdiver between the wire and the brush housing and twist.
