Title: Employment Documents
Post by: suffolkclean on October 27, 2008, 12:18:32 pm
We are looking to take on a cleaner and before I advertise I want to get all my paperwork and documents ready. I could create all the documents myself but would save a lot of time if you would be so kind to email me what you have. I need:-
Allication Form
Written Statement of employment / (Is this the same as a contract of employment)?
Sick/sickness Pay Info.
Disciplinary & Grieviance Policy
Staff Handbook

Plus anything else you think I will need. We have employed before and have done wages etc, but didn't have any of the above set up so I want to do it all properly this time.
Thanks for your help
Barbara

Thought so Paul,

Just a word of warning to others, the second item is not a contract, but terms and conditions of business.
