how much resins would i need for a 17ltrs di vessels and what would be the cost for that

about 15ltrs of resin. You can buy 25ltrs for around £55-80. I say 15ltrs because you dont fill the vessel to the top

Yea, about 14-15l, you fill it 3/4th so you can give it a good shake once the TDS starts to rise.
