In 12 wks time i will reiceve another round which has been built up over 20yrs(by my friend) anyway i was thinking taking someone on but with the way everyone is talking about the Big R i am thinking about trying to do it myself :P
I know i can push myself more but there's a limit to what can be done, so i was wondering how many properties you all have. Dont include commercial.
I am not wanting how much you can earn in a day because this does not give a true picture and i know that all houses are different sizes but it's just a example please.The round has been done Trad but i work about 75% Wfp but will keep it Trad to start with and trie to convert them as time goes by.
