Hi Guys!
I have a customr who is particularly fond of her brass front door furnishings/doorsteps and likes them to be polished up each week with a good old bit of elbow grease and brasso. (her hubby been doing it every week for last 10 years, poor bloke!!) I am quite happy to do this, but the furnishings are quite intricate and over time the polish has got into little nooks and crannies, built up and started to turn green. Have any of you guys out there experienced this before, or have tips on how to get rid of the excess without damaging the brass. The customers aren't expecting me to do this, I just thought it would be nice to bring it up to a better standard than it is at the mo........any tips of specific cleaning liquids, materials, tools would be cool!
cheers in advance!
