Title: commercial gutter pricing ?

When quoting for commercial gutter cleaning do you quote by the metre, time taken or amount of debris / dirt shifted ?, i have a customer who's gutters need cleaning some of them look like the've got a forest growing in them !, your advice would be most appreciated as usual.
