Just read Sherco's Post about his bad experience on Friday, thinking that'll be me next as I am always verbal quoting or writing a price on the back of a business card, so could do with a professional looking quotation sheet. I've had a tinkle with M/S Word Processor but me tables / margins and Text, keeps moving all over the bloody place!!! >:(
Any help out there really appreciated.
Thanks

1 word of warning with a quote sheet, if you write it all down the customer will nicely take it off you and say thankyou and think about it, if you tell them the price and then look them in the eye they will make a decision there and then.
I used the NCCA one when I was a member and the amount of times people did that to me, I one day forgot the form and found my close was far better.
Ask yourself if that is what you would do if a tradesman came to your home?

Fair Point Shaun, but I would still like one for commercial purposes and the ones that ask for it.

rather than having a quotation sheet why dont you have a confirmed order of cleaning sheet.
Give them the price look at them in the eye as Shaun_Ashmore says. If they agree, write down what they require, and ask them to sign to it, so you both know what your there for and what you are doing. Anything you haven't included is not agreed and not signed too.
just a thought.
