My insurance company said i have to put a copy of my insurance up in all premices i clean! are they joking??

The company i do work for has asked for a copy, but thats norm in it?

It is a legal requirement.

Im a W/C and i provide my insurance to all commercial jobs i do as standard, weather they ask for it or not.
